Vegan Green Smoothie

Top tipp: prep some of the ingredients in ziplock bags (in freezer or fridge) in advance – a friend of ours gave us this idea and it makes it so much easier to maintain a routine. However, add at least one fresh fruit since it keeps the smoothie tasting fresh and full of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 fresh mango or 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup water - the other ingredients make a very creamy smoothie so no need to add (vegan) milk
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds (optional)
